Alexandra Burger, is an Attorney, Notary and an ex banker with over 16 years of experience in Financial Services, international business and legal advisory and practice. Alexandra has acted in Management, Advisory and Business Development roles.

He is experienced in raising grant funding for small businesses and has brokered the sale of numerous enterprises. He is a facilitator of thorough and effective process bringing projects to fruition.
He is passionate about medical services and also the sale of going concerns. He has advised clients in numerous industries including petrol stations, restaurants, medical innovations. In particular he focuses on post revenue start-ups.
Peter is an admitted advocate of the High Court of South Africa who has specialised in criminal matters where medico-legal and pharmaceutical expertise is necessary, as well as commercial matters involving fraud.
Peter holds a degree in pharmacy obtained at Rhodes University and is registered to practice in South Africa and in Virginia, USA as well as an MBA from Stellenbosch University, a postgraduate diploma in labour law awarded cum laude from the University of Stellenbosch Business School in South Africa, an LL.B from the University of South Africa and lastly a Master of Philosophy degree in Biomedical Forensic Science awarded by the University of Cape Town where he lectures part time.
Peter’s legal practice concentrates on litigation in medico–legal and criminal matters both in the High Court as well as the Supreme Court of Appeal. In criminal matters he has dealt with matters involving white collar crime, charges under the Prevention of Organised Crime Act (POCA) and forensics including cell-phone triangulation.
Peter is also experienced in cannabis regulation in South Africa/ Sub-Saharan Africa.
Peter is also a practising pharmacist, has experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing and advises on restructuring of pharmacies to enhance workflow and productivity.
Siyabulela has vast experience in financial management, having attained his qualifications in commerce and tax from the University of Cape Town. He has over 10 years of corporate experience in the financial and the pharmaceutical industry.
He has worked as a Business Development Consultant for a multinational company in the finance and banking sector and in this position he was responsible for widening the company’s footprint in Southern Africa. He also worked for a number of years for a JSE listed entity with a network in several jurisdictions including London and Mauritius.
In these position he had gained invaluable experience in compliance, foreign exchange, private banking, wealth management and tax.
His tax exposure expands over several tax disciplines within the financial and pharmaceutical industry. In his tax positions he has been responsible for, amongst other things, the submission of VAT returns, taxation of Real Estate Investment Trusts (REIT) as well as calculating the tax liability of these companies, one of which is a South African holding company with several CFC’s in the United Kingdom. In his capacity as a tax consultant Siya has also successfully appealed against SARS submission objections.
Aside from his experience in finance and tax, Siya has a growing interest in the agricultural sector, especially the role that technology is playing in the health and safety of livestock. His interest is in understanding the intersection between finance and the agricultural industry.
Siya has a Masters degree in Philosophy of Taxation Law specializing in International and South African Corporate Tax. He also has a Post graduate degree in Taxation Law and a Bachelor of commerce, all of which were obtained at the University of Cape Town. In addition, Siya has obtained a VAT qualification from the University of South Africa.
Yetunde is a qualified legal practioner and astute researcher with a specialization in Oil and Gas laws and regulations in West Africa. Her comparative research study of the Nigerian and South African mining and natural resources laws on land pollution and rehabilitation ( closure ) challenges afforded her comprehensive knowledge of the South African mining and minerals regulations. She provides research services covering local compliance and regulatory frameworks in West and South Africa.
After completing her “A” levels at D’overbroecks College, in Oxford, England; Yetunde proceeded to obtain her LL.B degree from the University of Buckingham, England. She obtained her Masters in Petroleum Law and Policy from the University Of Dundee, Scotland, and was admitted to the Nigerian Bar (B. L), as a solicitor and advocate of the Supreme Court of Nigeria.
She has worked with law firms in Nigeria, and attorney firms of Bowman Gilfillan, and Smith, Ndlovu and Summers in South Africa.
Yetunde’s legal experience also includes legal drafting and contract reviews, editing research papers and the facilitation of company registration in Nigeria.
Johan, is a qualified international tax lawyer and has been a tax practitioner for more than 26 years, now registered as a Master Tax Practitioner. Johan practices independently as an international tax lawyer having negotiated some strategic associations with niche law, audit and professional services firms. He has held management roles at South African and international Law Firms and international Audit firms.
He has had many years of experience in the private-sector, having dealt with clients in most sectors of economy including Financial Services, Mining, Manufacturing, Telecommunications, Utilities and Renewable energy, hotel and leisure and travel, IT and property.
Johan provides professional tax and fiduciary advisory services, tax efficient structuring, international immigration services, offshore transfers advisory, multi- generational planning and estate planning, setting up of family offices, international tax matters, South African Reserve Bank applications, confirmations and regularisations, African tax matters, commercial services and Africa-wide tax dispute resolution.
Johan is regularly and external examiner for the Master’s courses in tax at the University of Cape Town and the postgraduate diploma and text at the University of the Witwatersrand.

He has been involved in a number of Acquisitions for a large JSE listed entity where he was involved in all stages of the process from the initial discussions through to the Incubation of the newly acquired entity and compliance to any terms of the agreements including profit warranties (if any), these stages include but are not limited to the due diligence, valuations, financial models and reports to both the clients and the group.
